Sales Executive

We are on the hunt for a new Sales Executive with a diverse skillset of looking after large and complex sales cycle of the company. Being a sales executive you will have to establish a strong partner and customer relationship to grow the sales pipeline consistently. In this way, we will be able to achieve booked revenue targets across targeted verticals, geographies, and marketplaces.

As a part of our sales team, you must be enthusiastic enough to gain an understanding of Energy Prosumer’s products and services. Besides, you will have to handle the management of targeted sales for specific regions and sets of partners. We expect you to drive the performance of assigned partners while at the same time maintaining efficiently the level of engagement with prospects to achieve personal sales KPIs. The work will be done in collaboration to engage with prospects directly for sustainable channel partners and long-term customer relationships.

A motivated and passionate individual with self driving force to grow and succeed in sales is what we are looking for. You must have a proven record in managing complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Being a Sales Executive you will be responsible for the following:

• Qualify prospects accurately followed by the identification of predictable potential sales opportunities
• Prepare for introductory sales meetings competently to inspire potential customers
• Understand the prospects and customers to deliver a challenging yet competitive sales methodology
• Based on the agreed KPI must be able to navigate the end-to-end sales process
• To achieve the agreed quota a diverse and progressive pipeline must be managed
• Use and record data to proactively measure the progress of the opportunities
• To ensure resilience in the pipeline the forecast must be done monthly
• Collaborate among the cross-functional teams of Energy Prosumers
• Efficiently manage, execute, and measure the agreed partner plans
• Drive commercial focus and achieve agreed KPIs by working with partners

• Negotiation with complex enterprises to closing deals

• Able to work under pressure of deadlines
